Yes. This service covers both on-site event filming and editing the finished social videos. We’ll confirm coverage hours and deliverables in your proposal.

How long are the videos, and how many do we get?

That depends on your project. You might need one overall recap or several short videos focused on different parts of the event. We’ll agree on the number and length of the reels before booking.

Can we book photography and social video together?

Yes. Let us know you need both, and we’ll recommend coverage and staffing based on your event schedule and the moments you want captured.

When will we receive our event reels?

We’ll confirm your delivery schedule in the proposal. If you need content while the event is still happening or shortly afterward, include that deadline in your inquiry so we can assess availability and quote the necessary production support.

Do you travel outside Austin?

Yes. We drive throughout Central Texas and we’re available for national and international events — travel fees apply.

Do we own the photos?

Accepted Answer

Your organization and event sponsors receive a broad commercial usage license for all delivered images. This covers marketing, social media, and internal use, though it excludes third-party resale or licensing. We retain the copyright and the right to use images for our portfolio and marketing, unless a non-disclosure agreement or buyout is arranged in writing.

$150/hour
$500 for a half day (4 hours)

Are you insured?

Yes, we have a $1M COI, available upon request.

We will send you a Google Drive folder link with all your content, organized as needed.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Rescheduling: We are happy to move your date if our calendar allows. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
Cancellations: The 50% down payment is non-refundable, as it secures your date and prevents us from booking other clients.
The Exception: In cases of Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government mandates), deposits may be applied to a future date or refunded at our discretion.
